Rules for a peaceful Community

Everyday thousands of people from different cultures with different interests interact with eachother. That's why there is a need for a set of rules so that everyone can get along just fine. With your registation you acknowledge the following rules:

1) Communicationplatforms

The following rules apply to the public communication (chat, comments) as also to the private forms of communication (private messages, invisible comments, blog- and forumposts):

a) Treat other druzi.se Members the same way you would like them to treat you.

Not tolerated is:
- Discrimination because of sex, political or religios views.
- Swearwords or insults.
- Threats of violence of persecution.

b) No surreptitious advertising

Not allowed is:
- Advertise for Products, other websites or parties.
- Senseless repeating of words, sentences or pictures (Smilies etc.).
- Messageflooding to multiple Recipients.
- Abuse of comments or emails for advertising purposes.

c) No dingy or lawbreaking offers

Not tolerated:
- Pornography.
- Immoral Offers like sex for money.
- Glorification of violence or drugs.
- Recruiting of Staff or offers for Photo-Shootings.

2) Pictures/ Profile (Memberhomepage)

On your profile we only allow information or pictures on which you hold copyright or have been granted permission by the copyright holder. If you publish pictures of other people or publish false information, we may suspend your profile without any prior notice.

a) Don' post any comments you wouldn't want to receive yourself.

Comments shouldn't contain:
- negativ statements on a person within a picture
- discriminate against sex and political or religious views.
- racist taunts.
- be of pornographic nature.
- Threat with violence or persecution.

b) Only Tag Pictures with yourself in it.

It's not allowed to tag on pictures that do not contain you in person. If you want to mark a picture so you can find it later again, please add it to your favorites.

c) Put only your personal pictures online (Copyright).

In your profile your only allowed to put up pictures for which you hold copyright. We would like to inform you that on pictures or any other form of data, usualy third parties hold copyrights. The member, you, are beeing held responsible for the content you put on the site. Druzi.se cannot be held liable for user-submitted data. Druzi.se can, at any point, delete submitted data without prior notice.

Following types of Pictures are not allowed:
- Pictures of pornographic nature.
- Pictures containing illegal material.
- Pictures containing political extremist groups.
- Flags of countries not acknowledged by the UN.

3) Banning/ Exclusion on breach of conduct

Memberaccounts that violate these rules can be banned without prior notice. With each login to druzi.se your IP address is saved. Through this data we could findout your whereabouts in case of criminal prosecution. In case of major or repeated violation of our rules we will ban you from our service and keep the right to engage in further legal measures.
